The book analyzes the scientific biography and works of the Ukrainian writer, essayist and philosopher Stepan Oleksiuk (1892-1941) in terms of their relationship to one of the most important philosophical formations of the twentieth century - the Lvov-Warsaw School. Results of the analysis shed new light on the philosophical legacy of Stepan Oleksiuk in particular, and also fills an important gap in research on linkages of Ukrainian and Polish philosophical thought in Lvov in the first third of the twentieth century.
